To use: Pour 1 drop of Linalool Thyme Essential Oil into 1 teaspoon of Honey. Let it melt in your mouth. Up to 3 times a day until improvement. up to 5 days

Tip: You can also let this spoonful of honey melt in the thyme infusion. Be careful, your water must be simmering, not boiling, so as not to distort the properties of the essential oils.

Calendula Carrier Oil: 2 drops

In pre-sterilized ramenkins, pour essential oils.

Then add vegetable oil.

Mix it together.

Massage the throat 3 times a day for 3 consecutive days

Healthy Throat Massage Oil

HE of Radiant Eucalyptus: 1 drop

Ravintsara HE: 1 drop

HE with Thyme and Thujol: 1 drop

Vegetable Calendula Oil: ½ teaspoon

In pre-sterilized ramekins, pour essential oils.

Then add vegetable oil.

Mix it together.

Apply the equivalent of 3 drops of this mixture to the neck. Updates 3 times a day for 3 days.
