If nausea occurs, it occurs mainly in the first trimester and disappears by the end of the third trimester at the latest. They are caused by large amounts of the beta HCG hormone (chorionic gonadotropin) circulating in the blood from conception onwards. Here are some tips to avoid nausea naturally.
Everything from mild nausea to vomiting is possible. In any case, beware of weight loss caused by repeated vomiting. The effects of this hormonal tornado affect the stomach in particular: it contracts under hormonal impulses, which explains why nausea subsides as soon as you eat something. They are exacerbated by vitamin B6 deficiency and low blood sugar.
If possible, make sure your transits are working properly (1 to 3 stools per day, fairly dark in color and firm in shape) before pregnancy. If not, a digestive issue may be involved. Bloating and gas are also signs. Squeeze lemon, ginger, soda. Citrus fruits have natural anti-nausea properties. Oranges and grapefruit are also helpful. On the other hand, drinking coffee with milk is not recommended in case of nausea.

Natural Relief for Pregnancy Nausea
Note that some essential oils should not be used during pregnancy. Seek expert advice before consuming or applying essential oils.
Add 1 drop of Lemon EO (Citrus Lemon) to half a liter of water and sip throughout the day. Shake well before drinking or add 1 drop of honey to hot water and drink 2-3 times a day.
Chamomile or orange blossom flower water or hydrosol. Dissolve 1 tablespoon in 1 liter of water and drink throughout the day.

Put 2 drops of essential ginger oil on a handkerchief, pillow or clothing to prevent nausea.
Marine magnesium taken with meals can reduce the intensity of nausea symptoms by changing the terrain. Probiotics are also known to be effective against pregnancy nausea.
Some people also find relief with several acupuncture treatments.
Dr. Baudoux recommends the following essential oils: Peppermint, Tarragon, Witch Hazel, Ess Lemon (z) diluted with Hazelnut or Almond HV for plexus massage. Peppermint (mentha x piperita), on the other hand, is strictly contradicted for pregnant women. In any case, take your pharmacist’s advice.
