The liver has the functions of filtering, storing and purifying the body. If it becomes clogged, it will no longer be able to perform its functions properly and weight gain will be inevitable. Why liver cleansing can lose weight? What food do you prefer?
Liver to lose weight
Stress, pollution, consumption of industrial products… too many factors prevent the optimal functioning of our liver. However, we tend to forget about it, but it is a key organ for weight loss goals as it is involved in the digestion of fat. When your diet is unbalanced and you eat more than you should, the liver produces and stores excess fat. As a result, toxins and other waste products build up, impairing the liver’s function. In addition to causing weight gain, the storage of body fat can lead to cardiovascular disease, liver disease and even cirrhosis. Drainage allows the liver to restore all functions, speeds up metabolism, and thus reduces weight.
When to drain the liver?
Liver drainage should not be performed at any time. It is recommended to do this in the spring, as we tend to store more waste during the winter. Drainage will help facilitate the removal of toxins and regenerate this stressed organ.
